Copies of the following documents – along with the registration fee – must be submitted with the Registration and Application Packet:
- Immunization Records
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- Recent Annual Physical Examination (if entering first grade)
- Recent Report Card (if transferring from another school)
- Latest I.E.P. (if transferring as a student with disabilities)
The physical exam should be performed by your child’s physician within the past 18 months.
We recommend that prospective students entering transitional kindergarten be at least four years of age by the first day of the school year. We also recommend that students entering kindergarten be at least five and those entering first grade be at least six years of age.
We require that all new incoming students be placed on temporary probation for one year. During this time, new students will be expected to earn at least a “C” grade average, maintain good citizenship, and demonstrate good behavior.
