Student Safety

Every precaution is taken to insure student safety. Fire, earthquake, and lock-down drills are practiced throughout the year to assure students understand and adhere to proper safety guidelines.

Parents and guardians – including persons authorized to pick-up or drop-off students – should adhere to all rules of traffic safety. This would help us maintain a proactive stance in preventing serious injuries. For instance, students should be dropped off and picked up in front of the Parish Hall. Everyone should use crosswalks in the school parking lot.

St. Robert School strives to be a nut-free environment. This policy has been initiated out of concern for the safety of students and staff members who may have life-threatening allergies to peanuts or other nut products. These include, but are not limited to, almonds and cashews that might be contained in high-energy bars, cookies, and other baked goods or prepared dishes.

We ask parents and guardians to exclude nut products from their child’s lunch or snack.
